Diane Steele has dedicated her professional career as an Executive Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Manager for over 15 years in the Twin Cities market.

She has supported and led recruitment functions for Fortune 500 companies, educational institutions and most recently, one of the largest non-profit organizations in the area.

Diane has focused her career on identifying Executive Administrative support roles for the C-Suite, Senior Leadership, Director level positions, as well as Executive Search with local non-profit organizations. She has extensive experience partnering with diverse non-profit Community Boards, and relishes the relationships she makes in the for-profit and non-profit communities.

The most satisfying part of her job is matching top talent with the right opportunity, focusing on culture fit, for a successful, long term placement.

Fun Facts

• Diane lives between her home in St Paul, Minnesota and cabin in Danbury, Wisconsin with her husband Tom and their two Papillion dogs Romeo and Sophie, and their black cat, “Kitty.” Her three kids are college bound, which keeps her working long hours.

• She is a Yogi, practicing several times per week, teaching YIN yoga to students through community education. She has a passion for health and wellness and carries a weekly routine of healthy eating and strength training.

• Diane enjoys adventurous international travel and has visited Dracula’s castle in Romania, swam in the Black Sea, enjoyed a fashion show, learned how to bake baguettes in Paris, and watched her friends sample Reindeer milk in Finland.

• A few of her favorite pastimes include: kayaking, searching for restaurants with the best salads, exploring local coffee houses, gardening, shopping, country music, baking, making people laugh, and spending quality time with family and friends.
