Annette has risen to the ranks of Executive Assistant through hard work and determination as well as a professional drive and a discipline that has allowed her to excel with each opportunity. She has over 20 years of Professional Oil and Gas Industry expertise. Annette has worked in various areas of Exploration and Production, Engineering, Administration, and Public Affairs with Anadarko Petroleum, Transocean Inc, Eni Petroleum and now with BP America in finance, for the Gulf of Mexico and Canada Regions. In her present role, as Executive Assistant to the Head of Planning and Commercial Operations, Annette takes great pride in offering her team the very best in project management, planning, travel and logistics and overall expert administrator of tasks considered essential to the success of the department. Annette holds a business degree in Business Administration and an Executive Secretarial certification.

In your mind, what is one tool you can’t live without or find especially helpful in your position?

The one tool that I can’t live without is Microsoft Office 365 tool(s). It works best for what you are looking to accomplish during your work day, used for Team Collaboration and Personal Productivity

How do you define success within your role as an Executive Assistant?

I define success in my role as an Executive Assistant by being a cut above in my current role in supporting C-level executive support, interpersonal skills, working with colleagues and supporting multiple executives simultaneously, to working on a team and managing other admins and staying abreast of the latest technology.
