Name one thing you hope to learn or discuss with your peers at the ELS Forum?

I hope to learn how I can be proactive in an environment where your hands are often tied-. ☺ I would love to discuss the different tools that we use to help our execs.

Looking back, what advice would you give yourself when you were first starting your career?

I would tell myself to be fearless, you have exactly what it takes and what you need to be the best version of yourself, don’t be afraid to fail- that’s apart of growth. I would rather fail a million times than say I never tried.

Are there any blogs, books, articles or online forums you recommend reading?

I watch a lot of motivational speaking on you-tube 3 people that I really enjoy- Les Brown, Lisa Nichols & Eric Thomas- I listen to them daily. I am currently reading a book called “Acres of Diamonds” by Russell H. Conwell- it has been amazing thus far!
